What is PeeringDB?

PeeringDB is a freely available, user-maintained database of networks, internet exchanges, and interconnection facilities worldwide. Data is self-reported by network operators, facility owners, and IX operators.

Our search tools provide an enhanced interface for exploring PeeringDB data, including interactive maps, detailed entity pages, and cross-referenced relationships between networks, facilities, and exchanges.

How do I find a data center or IX near me?

There are several ways to find nearby interconnection infrastructure:

  • Interactive Map: Visualize IXs, facilities, and organizations on a geographic map and explore by location
  • Facility Search: Search by city name, CLLI code, or NPA-NXX to find data centers in a specific area
  • Cities with IXs: Browse every city worldwide that has at least one facility housing an Internet Exchange
